This month we are going to walk in the ancient woodland at Nymans. Nymans is a National Trust property near to Handcross and very accessible from the M23/A23. From the north follow the M23 almost to its end taking the turnoff to Pease Pottage services and continue south following the signs to Nymans car park. From the south follow the A23 to the Handcross turnoff and turning right from the slip road crossing over the A23, then right again following the signs to Nymans car park.
Note: the car park is free but if you choose to combine our walk with a visit to the garden, if you are not a National Trust member, the is an entry charge. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted within the formal gardens during April.
