As mentioned in the Walks Report, following the Long Car Park walk the Officers and Committee, together with interested members, attended this year’s Annual General Meeting.

Chairman Brian spoke warmly of the help that he had received from those who served on the Committee and briefly outlined how he saw the Club had progressed in the previous twelve months. Afterwards other Committee members delivered reports about their various responsibilities. All the Officers and Committee were re-elected for a further year.

The meeting voted that Club subscriptions should remain unchanged for 2018. I think that this represents excellent value to members. Those who had sent additional donations with their year’s subscriptions were generally thanked - their generosity to the Club was greatly appreciated by all the Committee.
